sorry for posting again but the fix i had earlier was only temp.
ok every time i boot into iboy the savedir and romdir get switched around. heres my iboy.cfg:
Code:
oss_enabled=1
oss_volume=19
oss_speed=100%
backlight=1
contrast=100
kb_center=PAD_A
kb_right=PAD_B
kb_left=PAD_B
kb_down=PAD_B
kb_up=PAD_B
kb_left_right=IGNORE
kb_up_down=IGNORE
kb_t0=PAD_UP
kb_t1=PAD_A
kb_t2=PAD_RIGHT
kb_t3=PAD_START
kb_t4=PAD_DOWN
kb_t5=PAD_SELECT
kb_t6=PAD_LEFT
kb_t7=PAD_B
romdir=/mnt/gameboy/roms/
savedir=/mnt/gameboy/saves/
this problem is only a minor inconvenence because I can go to the menu and change it temp. but again i want to fix it!

Check if there are any other .cfg files around like nameofROM.cfg and delete them all.

Yes, in the options go to save for rom (Make sure you are running the rom). It creates a seperate cfg for that game you are running.
