Hi, I have installed ipod linux before but I have never had this problem. I made my own config file with this entry in it:
ipod linux @ (hd0,2)/linux.bin
this file does exist on /dev/sdf3, but I get this error when I select that entry on boot:
File: (hd0,2)/linux.bin
Err: open failed
I installed ipod linux in ubuntu on to a 5.5 gen(manualy of course).
Do I need to do a chmod +x on the file?
PLEASE help!
