  1. if you upload pictures give them descriptive names (not IMG4782.jpg better would be 5g_loader2.jpg) that's why Veteran has deleted them the first time.
  2. i don't know whether a new 5G installation tutorial makes sense, because Installer 2 works already with 5G.   Der Papst

Der Papst, thanks. I tried the intallers on both Linux and Windows, however had no good luck but lots of problems. This tutorial has two purposes:

  1. Make a beginning of online resources of iPodLinux for Chinese people. A place for them to discuss.
  2. Explain, step by step, how the partitions are relocated, bootloader inserted, kernel and userland deployed and podzilla installed. it's not only a how-to but also helpful to those who want to know why.

about sector size

用同样型号的IPOD，5代，30G。 但是我按照顺序进行安装，却不能正常启动。 LOADER这一关就没有过。 我感觉问题可能是cylinders的大小，我的cylinder是2048 这是与文中提到的不同。 请问如何解决？

I don't know if Go2debug still visits this site and i also don't know how up to date this tutorial still is. But if you need help you'll probably get an answen faster when you ask your question in english.
But when i look at the fdisk output you've posted i guess i know what your problem is. You have a 5.5G iPod and the instructions on this page are only working with 5G iPods.
Also i spot the word Loader. The Loader version linked on this page is Loader 2.3 whereas you need 2.5.
