Could I get someone help in using this? I just don't get it. When I run ipodpatcher it says that I have a Bad boot sector signature and would using this restore if the MBR fix it? If so plz explain. WhiteN'Nerdy 11:12, 6 Aug 2007 (CDT)
You can use rohPod to fix it if you know how and what to fix. It won't do magic for you, though. So, I guess rohPod is of no use to you. Tempel 12:17, 17 Nov 2007 (CST)

Please don't mix up MBR and Partition Boot Sector
MBR (Master Boot Record) is block 0 of the device, containing the partition table,
while the Partition Boot Record (often also called Boot Sector) is block 0 of a partition.
The MBR repair section of this page contains a lot of mixup, it would be nice if someone with some knowledge about this tool could clean that up. --TheSeven 14:32, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
