Moi -

I have an iPod and I like working in Python, and I'll take any excuse to poke stuff with it. Insert obligatory poking things with my snake joke

Incidentally, the reason I started messing with the iTunesDB was because a module I was using was telling me that lots of my MP3's on my iPod had no ID3 tags, so I wanted to automate ripping the data from the iPod and sticking it in.

Turns out that the module was out-of-date and couldn't handle ID3v2. Yet, sad little panda that I am, here I am still. Oh, and I hate unicode. It's a dog. Have I mentioned I despise it and all it's kin? Well, not really, it's more that I hate moving from <strange encoding> to unicode and vice versa. I live for the day when Python 3K makes everything unicode.
